We are uniquely positioned at a central location, enabling customers to access La Fregate for takeaway meals. Due to it's immense popularity, it's advisable, although not necessary, to order in advance. We offer an island-wide delivery service for a minimum order of £14.00

Drop-in spot

La Fregate has 60 plus seats inside, and 100 outside there is plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the views during the day or chill underneath the flood lights in the warm evenings. We look forward to meeting you here soon.
